For the past 3 years I've been a member of the KORSVIP rewards program. Each year I receive a $50 birthday reward with a promotion code that DOES NOT work. Each time I've had to pay for the item and call MK after the order ships and request the $50 credit. REALLY? This takes all the fun out of getting a deal on your birthday. I have called and emailed about this issue and no change. The online customer service has been HORRIBLE!
The most terrible experience I ever had for this year during multiple cases of online shopping.
I've ordered 2 jackets during black friday to the mail forwarder as they don't ship to Russia. I did it several times for the recent years and it was fine.
This time 1 jacket successfully reached my forwarder and the other one did not. UPS tracking which MK use to ship was showing it was left at facility but no evidence of delivery, signature, etc. Raised a claim with UPS and their research showed it was lost. They also confirmed to me via email that they would be liable for the loss but I have to contact my shipper to get refund or replacement as this is the regular procedure; and that they shared all claim details with the shipper. When I reached out MK support, I became depressed and desperate. Firstly, they reply to emails like once a week, using copy-past robot-alike texts. Secondly, they do not read your reply and never address the points you make, but keep copy-pasting standard replies and do not explain anything. 10 emails afterwards, several weeks of discussions and several online chats the outcome is simply the following: no matter what UPS replies to the claim, they would not refund because I have ordered to the address of the mail forwarder! Quote: we are not responsible for any orders delivered to forwarder companies. My reasoning that the package never reached the shipping address is no explanation. Proofs and screenshots from UPS claim approval and loss confirmation and replies also do not impress them. "This is our internal policy". By the way, they do not announce anything like this in the Terms and Conditions on their web-site. So this works like this: you pay money and they don't announce any limitations or cancel orders to forwarders, but they don't feel obliged to ship what you have paid for. Because this is their policy. I have never heard anything like this in my life. When I said that this is actually breaking law: you have to be responsible for delivering order which was paid for, that's how it works, they simply answer: no, our policies are covered by the law! You may ask your bank to revert the payment, but we will not refund and we will not be shipping you another item! I would honestly never expect such arrogance, disrespect and irresponsibility to clients from such large and well-known company! I guess it is clear that I will never order from them again and will do my best so that as many potential consumers as possible will know how they treat those who pay money to them and also do not purchase. A lot of stress, rude and careless attitude - that is what you would get for your own money.

Just ordered two purses over Memorial Day!
First one came and it was perfect! So happy. The second one came used and abused! What the hell MK? I was told to return the purse but they couldn't replace it because it was sold out. Which is totally fine. But aren't you a little concerned you're selling used goods for hundreds of dollars?!? I love Michael Kors designs but I will not be buying from you again. So disappointed. I had to save for these purses only to be burned.
I ordered a Backpack purse Never got my order, email them so many, many times, never ever responded to any of my emails. Took my money, No refund or No Purse from them.....SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS! DON'T ORDER, DON'T DO IT!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Like they did to me!

MK, has been the worst online experience I have ever had. I shop online often and buy high end brands often. MK has had the worst customer service, poor communication, shipping is still pending and it has been 17 days since I placed my order. I called twice and was told on second call that the shipping is delayed due to circumstances outside their control. No email was sent to inform me of anything. Money taken from my account but items never shipped. I would highly recommend going to Coach or Coach outlet for better service and prices...
Same issue as everyone else. Got a watch just before Christmas, had it delivered but sent it back on the 28th of December. Royal Mail records shows that they received it the next day. 3 months later, I’m still awaiting refund. I have emailed them 3 times and I get the same answer every time. Response coming after 5 days blaming brexit. I thought I was alone. How can this be happening? Trust me I’ll get my money back even if it takes years
After three months I received my refund today. If you are in the same situation send email every day

I have never experienced such poor customer service. Took a month, 1.5 hrs on the phone and 11 emails to simply send a NEW purse in for repairs. They lied and made my jump through hoop after hoop for this simple request! I LOVE MK purses and have about 10. They have permanently lost me as a customer.
I ordered two items from Michael Kors, both on the same day as different transactions. This was intended to be a birthday gift for a friend. I received the first order within a week, but the second order has not moved from its current location. I was expected to receive it on the 10th, it is now the end of the month and there is still no sign of the package.
I've contacted MK customer service through online chat, and I was told that it was delayed due to "COVID19" which isn't true, since I had no issues with other packages, and even receiving the first package from MK. I've emailed customer service so many times, and I just keep receiving a copy and paste response, saying to keep waiting.
I've contacted Canada Post, and Canada Post started an investigation. They emailed me back saying the package never was scanned and for the customer service of MK to contact them.
MK isn't taking any responsibility or any action to resolve this. This has been the worst customer service experience from such a well known and respected brand.
Thank GOD! I ordered through PayPal. I've now escalated the case.
I just want a refund for an item that was never delivered and is clearly lost in the mail.
Like many others. Returned an item that arrived back with MK on 2nd January in the U.K.
Now 18th Feb and still no refund. They will NOT refund until they can be bothered to transfer to their Netherlands office.
Their customer service department don’t remotely care and just say company policy. The returns warehouse in the U.K. must be getting full!
Was prevIously a good customer but not now.
